This new, modern, two-story luxury villa has quickly become one of Malmok's most popular rentals.Located in the beautiful, quiet, and secure 5-star gated community of Gold Coast, our home allows you to enjoy resort-like facilities while having the privacy of your own home.
On the main level of the house is a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining table (seats 4), a living room with a sofa, chair (converts to single bed if needed), and smart TV with cable and Netflix/Prime apps loaded. There are also laundry facilities (washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, drying rack, detergent) and a full washroom.
On the upper level there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed, a full ensuite, and another sofa chair that can be converted into a single bed if needed. The second bedroom has a King bed that can be separated into2 Twin XL beds if needed, a full ensuite, and a smart TV with cable and Netflix/Prime apps loaded. All linens and towels are provided.
Outdoors, our fully-fenced in backyard has a private pool and outdoor kitchenette, including a BBQ, grill, and dining table (seats 6). There are many lounging areas, including poolside loungers, a daybed, and a conversation set. Our home is equipped withall the gear you'll need to enjoy a day at the beach - chairs, umbrellas, and coolers.
Throughout our home, there is air conditioning, ceiling fans, hot water showers, WIFI, and a starter kit of basic supplies, such as shampoo, soaps, and spices. There is a free parking spot on our driveway, and additional free parking throughout the community.
Guests also have free access to all Gold Coast community facilities throughout their stay, including 3 community pools, a fitness center, tennis & pickle ball courts, a restaurant, bar, and lounge.
We're only a short drive (2-3 minutes) from the white powder sand beaches and warm crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. The Palm Beach district, with its countless restaurants, casinos and shops, is only a 5-minute drive away.
Details of Potential Construction:
There is a condo building being constructed across the street from us and 3 homes being constructed beside us. Noise levels are expected to fluctuate – some weeks it could be very light, others it could be more disruptive. We cannot reliably predict to what extent any particular stay will be impacted. Access to our home, utilities, and private parking are not expected to be impacted. If you are planning on spending the majority of your days at the beach/exploring the island, then this probably won't impact you much, but if you are hoping to spend most days at the home, it is not likely to be the most relaxing environment during construction hours (Mon-Sat, 8am-4pm is what has been communicated with us, but cannot be guaranteed)

100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.

Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €424 is held on 1 days after arrival and voided on 3 days after departure

We have been coming to Aruba for many years, mostly a week or two at a time using our timeshare. The last few years we have had the opportunity to stay longer lengths of time. We have rented in a few places and loved every place we have stayed. This two month stay here at Casa Soleada is by far one of the best places we have ever stayed. It is beautiful, impeccably well kept and it is appointed with every thing anyone could possibly need. From the gorgeous outdoor space to the pots and pans used to cook is just top shelf! I was amazed by the attention to detail these owners have paid to this beautiful home. It was a pleasure from the first day we walked in until the end of our glorius stay. The property manager was sweet, kind and very attentive. Anytime I had a question she was right on it. They are so fortunate to have her in their corner so to speak. Thank you again and again for sharing your beautiful place with us. It was a dream come true!

Wish we could stay longer!
My husband and I were already on the island and had to extend our stay, thankfully we came across Casa Soleada! This home has everything you can possibly want! It was clean and very well decorated. The outdoor space is perfect, from the pool to the covered pergola to the outdoor kitchen. Alexandra our host was super accommodating since this was a last minute booking. And Vicky was great checking us in and showing how everything worked. I regret not booking this place first!

Highly recommend
We were already in Aruba, but had an issue with our previous place and stumbled upon Alexandra’s place when looking for a new one. We were able to book it for late that night, super-last second, and they were extremely accommodating to our needs. Their place is spotless, and put together very well. Also, it is in a great location and the gated community the Airbnb is in is very nice. Highly recommend!!!

Best air bnb
Best air bnb I have stayed so far. Super clean, and organized! Brand new community beautifully designed inside and out. We spent most of our time at the outside area its so comfy plenty enough outside lounge furniture with grill and big outside table to dine while taking a dip in the pool. The host was super sweet, cool, and very informative. The communication was outstanding from the time I booked with a thousand questions they answered immediately also while on the island. Thank you ladies so much! This air bnb helped made our stay very enjoyable and fun for our first trip in Aruba. We all agree when we come back to Aruba we will only book property from these guys! Thank you again. They kitchen has everything you need to cook with from cookware to seasonings. We made the mistake of buying some seasonings and they had exactly what we need so I recommend checking the kitchen first before you hit the store. They also have everything you need for the beach, coolers, umbrellas, chairs. Hands down best air bnb ever!

We had a fantastic time in Aruba and this accommodation added to it. Alexandra is a fantastic host. The house was stunningly beautiful, very clean, fully equipped and absolutely perfect for our young family of four. The outside area is like from a design magazine. The house is brilliantly located only 50 yards away from the restaurant, pool and gym. The beautiful beach is only a 5min drive away. We had a great stay and warmly recommend this place!
Amazing location and stay.
The complex was amazing to be a part of. It gave us a nice area to walk around in during the day and night. It's really close to the beach so that also worked out great. Really safe area and easy to navigate. We came in the evening and having the complex club to have a drink and get dinner was so helpful. It was so nice to be able to not worry about anything once we checked in. The complex staff is amazing and so nice it was a great bonus. Security guards at the gate were friendly nice as well as the general staff around the complex. The restaurant / bar staff also gave us some recommendations on what we could do on the island. The apt / house was everything we wanted and more. The BBQ grill was clean and easy to use. Even had evening lights to make it easier to use. The pool was perfect really clean and just enough space for small group. The main pools for the complex were larger. The outside furniture was in great shape and ideal for hanging out and getting sun. The additional supplies like the beach stuff and games for the yard were amazing. Came in handy. The location had everything we needed and was really comfortable. Will def stay here again.
