This luxury 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa was custom-designed and professionally decorated for lovers of the outdoors. In your private backyard, you’ll find a pool surrounded by a waterfall and lush gardens, a covered outdoor kitchenette with BBQ, a large dining area, and a comfortable lounging area. Indoors, high-vaulted ceilings and glass doors that span the length of the home bring a bright, spacious, airy feel to every room. Top-of-the-line appliances, luxurious bedding, and thoughtful amenities add the finishing touches to a perfect stay.
Throughout our home, there is air conditioning, ceiling fans, hot water showers, WIFI, and a starter kit of basic supplies, such as shampoo, soaps, and spices. There are 2 free parking spots on our driveway, and additional free parking throughout the community.
Guests also have free access to all Gold Coast community facilities throughout their stay, including 3 community pools, a fitness center, tennis & pickle ball courts, a restaurant, bar, and lounge.
Our unit is situated in the upscale Malmok region on the northern part of the island. We are located in the beautiful, quiet and secure 5-star Gold Coast Villas gated community, across from the Tierra del Sol golf course. We're only a short drive (2-3 minutes) from the white powder sand beaches and warm crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. The Palm Beach district, with its countless restaurants, casinos and shops, is only a 5-minute drive away.

25% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A pre-authorization of €424 is held on 1 days after arrival and voided on 3 days after departure

Perfect Family Stay
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay here. I was looking for a place to stay that can host my family with young children (3 months to 6) and this place checked all of the boxes. The inside of the house was beautiful, modern, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with more than you could ask for, especially in a rental property. The outside area was absolutely beautiful, the perfect spot to relax as a family. The kids loved the pool and there was plenty of space for everyone to sit. Loved having the outdoor kitchen to bbq. All in all a 5 star stay, we can’t wait to come back again!
Fantastic Villa
This is our third year staying at this fantastic villa, luxury from the time you enter the front door.Ultra modern kitchen, with everything you need to very comfortable bedding and linens. Not to be outdone the lush outdoor living is an extra bonus.
Awesome Home
The 3 bedroom Villa was excellent with basically 3 master bedrooms with bathrooms & 4th bathroom downstairs. We use inside kitchen in morning for breakfast & outside kitchen in the afternoon for grilling. I give location 5 out 5 stars

OMG! This house is Beautiful. It should be showcased in House & Garden. My guests were blown away. This house have everything you need or want : Beautifully furnished, fully stocked kitchen, luxury bedding, air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV’s in all the bedrooms, all the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and they give you a welcome gift. I highly recommend this house. I will be coming back!
Perfect vacation home
This was our first time venturing away from the hotel scene and after experiencing Alexandra’s beautiful home for a week we will be staying here without question for any future family vacations to Aruba. Where do I start - from Alexandra’s responsiveness and detail oriented booking process, Petra’s welcoming hospitality upon arrival, the amenities in the home - literally everything and anything you can think of, to the relaxing and exclusive club house with probably some of the best food and drinks on the island. This place literally has it all. If you’re hesitating at all because of the need for a car - take my word for it - you will be glad you rented a car and got to experience the island. This place is literally the best kept secret! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 traveling to Aruba for the first time. We had a rental car and generally prefer staying in a home (not a hotel) outside of popular hotel zones when traveling. This home was stunning - prepared a few meals at home, spent time in our private pool and it was just the perfect place to return back to after a long day of exploring Aruba. The house came with so many basic amenities (shampoo/soap/towels/fully stocked kitchen/beach equipment) - we were really pleased.
