This newly-renovated, beautifully designed villa offers everything you love about our Sunbreak homes: a private pool, sunny outdoor lounging areas, a BBQ for alfresco dining, and stylish interiors complete with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and air conditioning throughout. We also provide our guests with a starter kit of supplies, which includes Aruba's famous "Aruba Aloe" shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash, as well as a number of other items that will help get you through the first few days of your stay.

DETAILS OF POTENTIAL DISRUPTION:

There is a home under renovation directly beside us. They are renovating their yard and building an extension to the home. We expect this will be in progress until mid October 2026. Noise levels are expected to fluctuate – some weeks it could be very light, others it could be more disruptive. We cannot reliably predict to what extent any particular stay will be impacted. Access to our home, utilities, and private parking are not expected to be impacted. If you are planning on spending the majority of your days at the beach/exploring the island, then this probably won't impact you much, but if you are hoping to spend most days at the home, it is not likely to be the most relaxing environment during construction hours. Work hours could start as early as 7am, end as late as 7pm, and although we don't anticipate work on Sundays, we cannot guarantee this.
