Welcome to Casa Joya, our stunning home in the sought-after Gold Coast community. Our property boasts 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and all the thoughtful amenities to make you feel right at home. The backyard is a secluded tropical oasis, with a private pool, BBQ, dining table for enjoying meals al fresco, and lounging area for relaxing after fun-filled days in the sun. It’s the perfect spot for couples or small groups in search of a relaxing vacation.
Entering our home, you'll find a spacious, bright, and open-concept layout with a sophisticated, modern, beach vibe. Our kitchen is fully-equipped with brand new modern appliances and cookware. Our inviting living room and indoor dining area comfortably seat up to 4. Both bedrooms have King beds and premium bedding, with the master bedroom additionally having an ensuite, walk-in closet, and walk-out to the backyard. The living room has a pull-out Double sofa bed that can comfortably accomodate a 5th guest.All rooms have air conditioners, ceiling fans, high speed wifi internet, and cable TV. There are also laundry facilities in the home (washer, dryer, iron, ironing board). We include a starter kit of basic supplies, such as shampoo, soaps, detergent, and basic condiments.
Outdoors, our fully-enclosed backyard has a private pool, BBQ, dining table (seats 6), conversation set, and poolside loungers. High-end beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and beach towels are available for your use. There is a free parking spot on our driveway, and additional free parking throughout the community.
Located in the beautiful, quiet, and secure 5-star gated community of Gold Coast, our home allows you to enjoy resort-like facilities while having the privacy of your own space. Guests have free access to all Gold Coast community facilities throughout their stay, including 3 community pools, a fitness center, tennis & pickle ball courts, a restaurant, bar, and lounge.
We're only a short drive (2-3 minutes) from the white powder sand beaches and warm crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. The Palm Beach district, with its countless restaurants, casinos and shops, is only a 5-minute drive away.

Nestled within a great gated community, we felt safe, secure, and right at home from the moment we arrived. The property itself was fully equipped with every imaginable detail for a perfect vacation. From beach chairs and towels for our days by the sea to a full indoor kitchen that made meal prep a breeze, everything was thoughtfully provided. The outdoor living space, featuring a private pool and BBQ, was an absolute highlight, offering endless relaxation and fun for the whole family. The two king-size beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after our adventures. We were particularly impressed by the small, considerate touches, right down to the aloe shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner – truly, no detail was overlooked. The entire booking process was seamless, with excellent communication throughout. CASA JOYA
We travel with some frequency and often use condo / house rentals as we enjoy the extra privacy. Casa Joya is one of our ALL TIME FAVORITES. The unit is IMMACULATE and the furnishings are very comfortable. The beds are actually BEYOND COMFORTABLE....such great sleep! Alexandra handled our of our reservation questions and a true pleasure to deal with. Sylvia (our local host) was such a joy to meet and always at the ready for any questions we had. They are a top notch team. The unit also comes equipped with a pool which we enjoyed more than we had planned. The gym, onsite restaurant and gym facilities are a very short walk away. If you are considering, I encourage you to BOOK THIS! You won't be disappointed.
Casa Joya Experience
We have been visiting Aruba for over 30 years. During our last two trips, we decided to stay with Sunbreak Aruba. Our first stay was at Casa Bunita, which was fantastic. This year, we chose Casa Joya. When we first arrived, we were greeted by the property manager, Silvia. She was fantastic and gave us great suggestions for things to do. She was also very helpful if we had any questions or needed assistance with anything around the house. Casa Joya was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a great vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped if you wanted to cook at home. They provided everything you might need for a fantastic day at the beach, including towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The living space was also excellent; it was incredibly clean when we arrived, and the pool was cleaned on Saturday morning during our stay. Overall, Casa Joya was a wonderful place to stay, and I would highly recommend it. We are very much looking forward to our next stay!
Casa Joya Review
This was my second time in Aruba and second time staying at one of this owner's properties. Last year I had a 3 bedroom place and this year I opted for two bedrooms since I had a smaller party. The condo was excellent and the location was very close to the clubhouse. All of the supplies I needed were available and the property manager was quick to respond. Both the owner and property manager was quick to respond to messages regarding some potential travel delays I was having as well. I like the Gold Coast community because it is quiet and away from the crowded resort district but still a short drive to everything I need. I will definitely be staying at one of these properties again.
Marvelous week in Casa Joya
We had a 5-star week in Casa Joya Aruba! We are gratefull that we could spend a week in this fantastic house. Located in the beautifull Gold Coast resort it offers great privacy and a luxury experience with a private pool and outdoor kitchen area. We were short of nothing from the moment Silvia welcomed us in the house and explained everything we needed to know and gave us some great tips in things to do and lunch and dinner locations on the island. We really loved the salt cell poolwater treatment, it is so much more pleasant that typical chlorinated water. We only took flip-flops, shorts and T-shirts for the week and this was all we needed to bring ourselves.. A 5-star hotel experience in a private villa.. what more to wish for. We look forward to be back!

Casa Joya is a dream. It’s absolutely gorgeous and immaculate, pictures don’t do it justice. We were greeted by the sweetest host, Silvia and she shared some great tips and her love for the island with us.We loved that she was a phone call away if we needed her.Casa Joya has everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to pool noodles. So well thought out for renters, it exceeded our expectations in so many ways.The bed was so comfortable it felt like home. The pool was beautiful and so nice to have in backyard.We can’t express enough how much we loved Casa Joya and all the amenities this unit has to offer. Guaranteed 5 star accommodations when staying with Sunbreak Aruba. Booking with Alexandra was a breeze. She’s very helpful and accomodating. Parking available right in front with keyless entry. The place is very clean, tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen, bathroom, laundry and pool area were fully stocked with supplies. Best kitchen ever. Nothing went overlooked, literally nothing. The bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and ample closet space with proper hangers. The neighbors and surrounding area were so quiet, it allowed us to work remotely indoors and outdoors during our entire stay. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and the best umbrellas were provided. A car is recommended for this location. This is a great home away from home. Thank you!!

This was an amazing place….being all on one level things just flowed…beautifully appointed and the pool and outdoor space was amazing and so inviting….Truly wonderful
FIVE WEEKS IN PARADISE!
When I walked into this amazing home, my first impression was that the pictures just don’t do it justice! The entire space is very bright, airy and spacious. The private backyard, beautifully equipped with a pool, outdoor kitchen, seating and covered eating area, is so inviting and comfortable that one never feels compelled to leave for the amazing beaches of Aruba. The backyard is particularly enjoyable at night with the ambient lighting surrounding the pool that one never wants to leave. As a result, for the first time in more than eight trips to Aruba, rather than experiencing the exceptional dining that Aruba has to offer, we stayed home most nights to barbecue for the five weeks we were there. Finally, with exceptional hosts, we lacked for nothing.Glad we already booked for next year!
